Let's start with the basics....what is Sports Performance Training?

Sports performance training is very different from conventional training or personal training. Sports performance is all about powerful explosive movements, reaction, speed, and agility training for improved athletic performance. Conventional training places more emphasis on body transformation and weight loss for the overweight and deconditioned population. A program that includes sport performance training normally includes wide ranges of agility, power, speed training and complex weightlifting. A Sports Performance strength coach will have the scientific knowledge, athletic experience and appropriate certifications to draw on to design the best program for you and your sport.  Sports Performance training makes athletes better athletes!

The Triangle Sports Performance Center was built for one single purpose: To improve athletic  performance through strength, power, speed and agility training.  We cater to serious athletes that are driven to reach their full athletic potential and want to train in an environment with like minded athletes.  An environment that is for athletes by athletes.  Each new client will be put through a battery of tests including overhead squat, vertical leap, broad jump, pro agility test, a 10 yard maximum effort sprint,bench press, back squat and power cleans as appropriate.

 Great athletes are not built overnight.  My primary reason for starting the Triangle Sports Performance Center was to provide athletes with the knowledge and skills they will need to maximize their athletic potential throughout their career and make them the best atheltes they can be!  

I offer individual training rates and group training rates:

Group Training:  The group rates include the Sports Performance Assessment, training plan, technique coaching,instruction on proper form for strength training, sprint mechanics, speed development coaching, plyometric training and core and flexibility training.  Packages can be purchased for 2 or 3 training sessions a week:

$169 a Month for 3 days a week =Only 14.10 per session

$139 a Month for 2 days a week = Only 17.38 per session

Individual Training: Rates will be determined on a case by case basis.  One-on-one training rates willinclude the Sports Performance Assessment, training plan, technique coaching, instruction on proper form for strength training, sprint mechanics, speed development coaching, plyometric training and core and flexibility training.

The Triangle Sports Performance Center has dedicated weightlifting platforms, jerk boxes, plyo boxes/hurdles, turf flooring and top of the line equipment including Werksan and Eleiko bars and bumper plates.  We also offer sports medicine and rehabilitation.  The first week is free for every athlete at TSPC. This allows me to get to know you and you to get to know me and what we do and how we do it.
